We are located at 36 Krause Street, Oranjesig, Bloemfontein, South Africa. You can choose to collect your order from our store during business hours.

2. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within South Africa.

3. What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).

4. What are my shipping options?

You can choose from the following:

Collect at Store (Bloemfontein)

Customer-arranged courier

Courier arranged by Campworld (at your cost)

Shipping fees are confirmed after order placement.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Mon-Sat)

Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (Mon-Sat) (depending on your location)

6. Can I cancel my order?

7. How does the 'Pay Later - Phone Confirmation' method work?

Once you place your order, a team member will call you during business hours to confirm your order and arrange payment securely.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we use the "Pay Later – Phone Confirmation" method. Direct bank transfer or EFT is arranged during confirmation.

9. Is my payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely in compliance with POPIA and other relevant laws.

10. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer 30 business days (Mon-Sat) return and 10 business days (Mon-Sat) refund on eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Return shipping may apply.

11. Which products are non-returnable?

Items marked as final sale, opened perishables, custom goods, and used hygiene products are not eligible for return.

12. Do your products have warranties?

Yes, most products include a 6-month warranty. Some include longer manufacturer warranties. Contact us with proof of purchase to claim.

13. What if my item arrives damaged?

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide images and your order number. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
