1. Selling Territory

We currently sell and ship within South Africa only.

Returns Window

You may initiate a return for items within 30 days from the date you received your order. To ensure a smooth return process, please notify us as soon as possible.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return an item if:

It is damaged, defective, or not as described.
It is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.
The return request is made within 30 business days (Mon-Sat) of delivery.
You provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty, damaged on delivery, or sent in error:

Used or opened items, or items not in original packaging
Final sale, clearance, or discounted items marked “non-returnable”
Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., portable toilets, chemical liquids, water filters)
Food, perishables, and consumables
Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional credits
Custom-made or personalized items
Opened electronic items, software, or batteries
Gas cylinders, opened fuel products, or refillables
Camping gear or apparel that has been visibly used or worn outdoors

The product was custom-made, special-ordered, or part of a clearance sale (unless faulty).

The packaging is missing or damaged.

3. Return Procedure

To request a return:

Include:

Order number

Reason for return

Photos (if item is defective/damaged)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not return items without prior approval.

4. Return Shipping Options

Returns may be done via: Mail and store return

In-store drop-off at:

Address: Mail at shop@campworldbloemfontein.co.za and return the items to 36 Krause Street, Oranjesig, Bloemfontein 9301, South Africa.

Courier service (customer-arranged or advised by us)

Return courier costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued within 10 business days (Mon-Sat) .

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (unless we made an error).

6. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for the same product in a different size, color, or model (if available).

Exchanges follow the same process as returns and are subject to stock availability.

If not available, a refund or store credit will be offered.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product:

Include clear photos or video evidence.

We will arrange a return at our cost and offer a replacement or full refund after inspection.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Address Changes

If you need to change the delivery address, notify us within 12 hours of placing the order.

We cannot guarantee changes after the parcel has been collected by the courier.

10. Return Window for In-Store Purchases

(If applicable) Items bought directly in-store must be returned within 30 business days (Mon-Sat), with proof of purchase, and in original condition.

11. Return Abuse Prevention

To prevent misuse:

Frequent returners may be subject to additional verification.

Repeated returns of non-defective items may be declined.

12. Warranty Support

Some products include manufacturer warranties. For such items:

We will assist with contacting the supplier or arranging a repair/replacement if applicable.

13. VAT & Taxes

All prices include 15% VAT.

No additional duties apply within South Africa.

Refunds will include VAT where applicable.

14. Data Privacy

All personal data is processed in accordance with POPIA.

Your details are used only to complete your transaction and are never shared without consent.
