1. Accepted Payment Method

Pay Later (Phone Confirmation)

We currently offer Pay Later by Phone Confirmation:

After checkout, our staff will call you during business hours to confirm your order and provide payment instructions.

You will be able to pay via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or another approved local method, as discussed during the call.

No payment is collected directly on the website.

2. Payment Window & Order Hold

You must complete payment within 2 business days (Mon-Sat) of the phone confirmation.

Failure to arrange payment within this period may lead to automatic cancellation of your order without further notice.

3. Currency

All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR).

We do not accept foreign currency or international transfers.

4. Security & Data Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

We will never request sensitive payment data such as bank PINs or passwords.

All payment-related communications are conducted by verified Campworld Bloemfontein staff only.

5. Proof of Payment

Once you have made payment via EFT, you must send the proof of payment to our email:

8. Modifying Payment After Order

If you wish to modify your payment method or schedule after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

Changes may be possible only before payment is completed and the order is dispatched.

9. Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and will be processed via EFT to the original bank account used for payment.

Refunds may take 10 business days (Mon-Sat) after approval and confirmation.
