At Campworld Bloemfontein, we are committed to delivering your camping gear safely and efficiently throughout South Africa. Please read the details below to understand how we handle shipping, delivery, and related processes.

Selling Country
We currently sell and ship within South Africa only. All prices on our website Excluding VAT. Shipping cost and VAT will be added at checkout. Costs shown in the checkout are final. We don’t have any hidden fees.

All prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Shipping Options & Cost

1. Collect at Store
You may pick up your order at our store during business hours.

2. Customer-Arranged Courier
You can arrange your own courier to collect the order. Contact us at +27 68 200 9416 to coordinate.

3. Store-Arranged Courier
We can arrange a courier on your behalf.
Shipping costs vary based on your location and parcel size.
Final costs will be confirmed through a follow-up call or email.
The customer is responsible for all courier fees.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM, (GMT+02:00) South Africa Standard Time (Johannesburg) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after that are processed the next business day.

Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon-Sat) after full payment is received.

Transit / Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days (Mon-Sat), depending on location and courier availability.
Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to external courier issues.

Order/shipping tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Change of Shipping Address
Please notify us within 12 hours if you need to update your shipping address.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been collected by the courier.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours by contacting us at shop@campworldbloemfontein.co.za
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Parcel Damage or Loss
We are not liable for parcels lost or damaged during transit.
For insured shipping, please make a request before dispatch.
Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the parcel and contents.

Data Protection
We follow the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Customer data is used only for order processing and will not be shared without permission.

Import / Export
We do not offer international shipping.
All sales and deliveries are handled within South Africa.

VAT & Duties
All prices on our website Excluding VAT. 15% VAT will be added at checkout.
No additional duties apply for domestic orders.
